Kaleidoscope Proximity, the result of the merger of BBDO Romania group’s agencies

BBDO Group Romania announced the merger of 2 of its agencies, Kaleidoscope and Proximity. Started in the 1st part of this year, the process also meant integration of 22 consultants with expertise in digital and CRM in an agency that comes up with a new business model on the Romanian market.

Kaleidoscope Proximity, the new BBDO Group Romania agency, will answer client’s demands through 5 specialized departments, complementing each other: Core Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, e-CRM, Direct Marketing and Mobile Marketing.

The decision to reunite Kaleidoscope’s and Proximity’s competencies under the same umbrella came following the increase demand for integrated “digital driven” campaigns, as BBDO’s management explained.

Kaleidoscope Proximity is an hybrid marketing agency that allows creating products to answer the new communication needs, more and more different, that BBDO Group’s clients have. Communication evolved during last couple years in an ecosystem of influences where the digital becomes the connector. The new agency will not limit to only create and implement campaigns. The stake is to create conversations to make the brand more valuable for consumers and the consumer more valuable for brands. This is the way of work Proximity Worldwide has and I am sure the new BBDO agency will manage to work in the same register

Kaleidoscope Proximity team will be managed by  Cristian Pantazi, that was until recently Managing Director of Kaleidoscope before the merger.

Kaleidoscope Proximity is an agency founded on digital, but is not limiting itself to include it in communication mix just because all the brands migrated there. We put digital as core in all we communicate for our brands. We launch now a new level of integration, in places where consumers can interact in their own terms with brands.
