CohnandJansen JWT created and produced video tutorials and the campaign to communicate them, via web-banners, Facebook ads, Google ads and through Vodafone Buzz YouTube channel.
The campaign ran between June 20th to July 19th.
We tried to find out the most relevant and surprising insights related to internet usage, depending on internet users profiles, but also considering that there is now video answers for the most frequently asked questions

Vodafone Tutorials platform appeared from the desire to answer clients questions also online, as fast as possible. Tutorials represent a faster assistance method when it comes of telecom services.
Searching over the internet for answers to different questions is a very present conduct among people, the prove being the millions of “How to”s videos, a new and intelligent way of offering explanations
