Publicis Bucharest made for Carrefour a new campaign to communicate a special discounts offer, under the well known “Black Friday” concept. Carrefour’s Black Friday is special, because the discounts period doesn’t last just one day, but 10 during which people can find electrifying discounts.
This time, Carrefour wanted to be different through idea and execution from what it communicated previously. We were happy when our client was open to our creative idea, a courageous one that also includes a black humour side
Publicis Bucharest translated the trivial “discounts for electonics and appliances” in “discounts for all you can plug in” and, from here, the entire idea of the campaign.
Entitled “Flashlight”, the campaign includes TV and radio ads, online and in-store execution, covering the period 17-26 November.
