Pepsi cans – currency in a summer campaign in Romania

Pepsi launched, in Romania, a summer campaign during which its fans are encouraged to live unexpected experiences and the company offers to the  most courageous of them an unexpected adventure.  During the campaign – organized by GolinHarris Bucharest – and via Pepsi Romania’s Facebook page, the drink producer is looking for 3 groups of friends that can transform a challenge in an unforgetable summer.

For 7 days, the 3 teams that will be in the contest will start a road trip through Romania, only with Pepsi, driving an Opel Mokka.

Summer is holidays season, the season of intense experiences and adventurous discoveries. We know Pepsi fans want this kind of things and that is why, this summer, we challenge them to be part of a new experience: leave in a road trip only with Pepsi (…) With the contest (…), we’re looking for 3 teams of friends ready to test their  limits and see how they can live a WOW summer together with Pepsi. We offer them everything they need for the road-trip – cars Opel Mokka for 7 days, tents, cameras and a lot of Pepsi. All they need to do is hit the road full of courage and passion, together with their friends

To enter Pepsi’s competition, fans must access brand’s Facebook page, to enter together with 2 friends and to choose supporters to gather votes inside the app. The first 10 teams with most votes are entering the final. Making a movie in which they show proof they made a transaction with Pepsi, the teams will have to show, during an elimination stage, that they are ready for Pepsi’s challenge, with pop stars Antonia and Corina to decide the 3 lucky teams that will take the road trip.

Each of the 3 teams will receive, for the road trip, an Opel Mokka, a survival kit, a camera, 300 cans of Pepsi / day and water for a correct hydration. In the end, the team that scores most points in the contest will have a party with Antonia and Corina.
