RTC Proffice Experience launched a campaign to support education, under the tagline “Change a life”

RTC Proffice Experience, Romanian company specialized in import and distribution of office and school products, launched “Change a life” campaign, a program aiming to support education by providing the needed products for pupils.

The campaign was launched in partnership with SOS Children’ Villages Romania and debuted with 3 simultaneous events in Bucharest, Cisnadie (Sibiu) and Hemeius (Bacau). The 3 events were attended by 500 kids, 70 RTC employees and representatives of SOS Children Villages’ Romania.

The first donation was made exclusively via RTC resources and consisted in 10,000 notebooks and other 2,000 products and backpacks needed for school that reached to the kids in SOS Children’ Villages centers.

For the campaign, the funds will be gathered by promoting over 1,500 articles in the new RTC catalogue, articles marked with “Change a life” logo. Starting September, a percentage of the sales will be donated, under products form, to the children cared by SOS Children Villages romania.

We are happy to launch a campaign that benefits to children, to help facilitate the access to one of the most important ingredients of their development – education. Each member of our company will get involved in promoting the 1,500 products in the campaign (…) We thank in advance to the providers that joined us in this action and to the clients that, by buying those products, will make a difference in the lives of the children that receive them

Due to RTC’s generous initiative, the kids from SOS Children Villages Romania will be able to start the school year in a proper manner. Monday, September 16th, over 500 of them will have in their backpacks the products donated via this campaign

The campaign will include quarterly actions, meant to generate an as high as possible number of donations, both from company’s clients and from the providers. The total amount of donations to be gathered annually through this campaign is estimated to Euro 25,000. This year, the partnership with SOS Children’ Viillages is an exclusive one and, starting 2014, other organization that take care of kids will be involved through donations.
