Romanian DDB, part of thegroup, launched the campaign “Ho-ho-ho the Rainbow!” for Skittles, a first in the local communication for Wrigley Romania’s brand. The outdoor campaign for winter holidays rewrites the predictable Christmas and New Year’s wishes in an atypical and non-predictable way.
The campaign was declined OOH in main Bucharest locations, in Bucharest Subway and on brand’s Facebook page.
The creative twists in our campaign underline the 2 fundamental characteristics of Skittles: humor and impossibility to predict. Moreover, we are targeting a type of consumer pretty difficult to win on one’s side, as brand. Young people today are much more exigent with brands they consider cool. To find the language and approach to make them sensitive, this was the big challenge, to which we answered enthusiastically
