Bansky – Webby Person of the Year

Banksy – the most elusive artist in the world –  was designated, in 2014, Webby Person of the Year.

He is a graffiti artist, activist, director and his 2013 residency “Better Out Than In” captivated New York and, via the Internet, the entire world.

Banksy debuted 31 pieces of original street art, posting each on his one-month, one-picture-a-day Instagram account, which amassed over 350,000 followers.
