Effie Romania launched, starting with 2014 edition, Effie Effectiveness Index Romania, a top that reunites info on winners and finalists as part of a local index. The scoring system used to make the top is the same at the global level and all the details are public on Effie Index’s website.

Effie Effectiveness Index is made at global level and identifies and classifies the most efficient clients, agencies and brands in marcom industry, reuniting the info on winners and finalists in Effie competitions taking place in 40 markets.

Effie Index was launched in 2011, to present the most efficient clients, agencies or brands at global level, at regional level, in certain countries or distinctively, on categories of products.

In Effie Effectiveness Index Romania 2014, the most efficient clients are Vodafone România (Gold Effie, Grand Effie) and Procter & Gamble România (2 Silver Effie, Bronze Effie and 2 nominations), followed by Unilever, Mediafax, PepsiCo România, The Coca-Cola Company and Ursus Breweries.

Brands’ top is lead also by Vodafone – Grand Effie winner with “Ghiță The Social Shepherd” and Gold Effie – , followed by Gandul, P&G Multibrand, BRD Groupe Société Générale and Lay’s.

When it comes of agencies, the top 3 are Graffiti BBDO (2 Gold Effie,  4 Silver, 1 Bronze and 2 nominations), McCann (3 Gold Effie, 1 Bronze, 3 nominations and Grand Effie), Geometry Global (2 Silver, 2 Bronze, 4 nominations), followed by Leo Burnett & Target and GMP Advertising.

Romanian Effie Awards’ winners received their accolades during a gala that took place on June 16th
