The names of those in for a chance of winning in the Mobile, Press, Innovation, Direct, and Promo&Activation categories are out.

For Romania, it’s good news in Promo for “The RGB News” – Geometry Global Bucharest, Sunday Grannies – McCann Erickson Bucharest (x2), #seatbeltboobing – Publicis, “Come and Vote” – Leo Burnett Romania.

In Direct, “Come and Vote” from Leo Burnett Romania is again on the list, along with #littlemoneybigfun – McCann Erickson Romania & MRM Worldwide Romania.

Geometry’s RGB campaign was also shortlisted in Lions Health, competition that already unveiled its winners.

All in all, Romanian agencies have 7 entries in Cannes competitions’ finals after the release of the first shortlists.

Cannes Lions, the world’s leading celebration of creative excellence in communications, received a record number of entries this year, with 40,133 entries received across Cannes Lions (21-27 June), Lions Health (19-20 June) and Lions Innovation (25-26 June).
