Gerovital is the champion of the most powerful Romanian brands in 2019. This year the brand overtook Borsec in the top created by Unlock Market Research, for the Biz magazine. The following spots were occupied by: Dorna, Arctic, Dero, Aqua Carpatica, Farmec, Dacia, eMAG, and Elmiplant.
Found at the tenth edition, the study brings coherence with a stable top 10 in which the Romanians continue to see the Romanian brands as being authentic, qualitative and reliable. At the same time,for the first time in the ten years since the analysis is created, the consumers mentioned as minuses the minimal promotion and the lack of optimal development of the concepts and services of the Romanian brands.

The study is based on 1.000 online interviews and is representative to an urban level, on a population of 18-55 years old. The performance of the Romanian brands is measured after three indicators: the brand’s importance, the level of usage and its awareness. The importance of a brand for a consumer is measured using the MaxDiff (Maximum Differentiation Scaling) methodology and all the analysis were realized at a category level, in total being 10 product categories.
