Romanian marcom: Oxygen takes over Frank Group

Oxygen, founded 12 years ago as a PR agency and present with offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, took over the advertising and digital group Frank, and repositioned as an integrated communication agency. Tereza Tranakas takes the lead of Oxygen as Managing Partner.

Following a complex brand audit done last year, both in the market and among the clients and the employees, the two agencies decided to continue their activity under a single brand – Oxygen, with the headline With a Heart for Business.
