Awards Gala in Minecraft – Romanian Internetics at 20 years

20th edition of Romanian Internetics, project initiated by The Institute and supported by UniCredit Bank, will end with an atypical gala. The awards gala is organized together with IQOS.

On October 13th, Internetics’ friends are invited to celebrate the winners online, in the virtual Romanian Atheneum, implemented in Minecraft together with Nexus Gaming.

The virtual Gala is hosted by Andi Moisescu’s avatar and will include a special performance from Vita de Vie.

Those who want to participate to the virtual Gala must have a Minecraft account and to have installed Discord (free online download). The game access codes can be bought with support from The Institute team and the access to the event is limited. The age of the event is 18+.

The 20th edition of Internetics attracted 208 entries from 53 participants. The entries, divided in 3 big categories, are judged by 62 specialists in marketing and digital communication.

Competition’s jury includes marketing specialists, online specialists, research and media ones, independent consultants and representatives from online boutiques in Romania. To the traditional jury, a series of guest judges were added and they are online marketing and advertising professionals from Sweden, Netherlands and Germany.

The president of Internetics 2020 is Kris Hoet, Global Chief Innovation Officer FCB.
