Friends For Friends Foundation launches Creative Fitness Studio, a program to develop and intense exercise of creativity, that will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at Cafffe Creativa, at Friends Advertising (Romanian independent advertising agency) headquarters.

The program targets professionals in all domains, from marketing to engineering, from sales to upper management, that want to exercise their creativity in a friendly environment, but also in an engaging and competitive manner.

Creative Fitness Studio includes a complete training cicle that lasts 4 weeks and includes 8 sessions. This way, each Tuesday will see 2 hours dedicated for every of the 4 stages of the creative process: creative analysis, idea generation, concept development and creative implementation. All these sessions are based on individual and group exercises, followed by evaluation sessions. On Thursday, the inspirational balance will be restored with the help of some remarkable speakers that had the courage to push over boundaries and to transform their dreams in reality:  Cosmin Alexandru, Tudor Chirila, Bogdana Butnar, Liviu Mihaiu.

All the people that enter the program have access to Foundation’s innovation library, that includes over 1,400 specialized titles from creative industries.

Creative Fitness Studio trainings are conceived in order to give the participants an elastic logic, a trained mind, an active imagination, faster reactions, developement of new and general perspectives in any kind of situations, eliminating the rational blockages.

In the program there will be involved exercises tested at international level, trainers with a background of over 10 years in education and creative industries, real case studies from economy and society, applied neurological and cognitive sciences elements, continous learning by individual and group exercises, recommended and up to date bibliographies and training sessions.

A typical session will last around 3 hours and will include 3 main steps: registering, training and conclusions / feedback/networking.

The schedule for the 1st month of Creative Fitness Studio looks like this: Creative Analysis / Aerobics (March 27 and 29),  Idea generation / Increasing creative mood (April 3rd and 5th), Developing concepts / Defining for the creative mass (April 10th and 12th), Creative implementation / Weights lifting (April 17th and 19th).

The trainers that will take care of all the participants and show them the Creative Fitness way are Vlad Ioan Tausance (writer, freelance journalist and communication strategist that worked with clients such as Vodafone, Blue Air, Metropolis Theatre, Decathlon or  Grolsch) and Sandra Ghitescu (trainer and communication consultant that worked for a range of clients including Orange, Petrom, Unilever, Grolsch and organisations such as Life After Work, roPot, Let’s Do It Romania)

Creative Fitness Studio has spots opened for 26 participants. The costs of the program vary from Euro 49 to Euro 99.
