GolinHarris communicated a Romanian first: the apps for vocal recognition Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search, from Nuance

After winning a pitch organized in the beginning of the year by Nuance Communications, GolinHarris managed the communication campaign for the official launch in Romania for Dragon Dictation and  Dragon Search, first apps for vocal recognition and vocal translation in Romanian. The 2 apps offer to the users a fast and easy way to send text messages and emails, to post updates on Twitter and Facebook or to look for content on web, based on dictation.

During the launch event, hosted by George Buhnici, journalists and bloggers tested for the 1st time the 2 apps, which are very popular at international level and that already were downloaded by millions of users in 35 countries.

GolinHarris team understood very well the mechanism and benefit offered by our apps. They were the first to make acquaintance with Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search technologies in Romanian and now they said they can’t go back to manual typing. In comparison to typing on tablets or smartphones, dictation is made 5 times faster and when you are a busy person, this benefit eases your life a lot

The first apps of vocal recognition in Romanian launched on the local market can be downloaded for free from Apple App Store and are compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

For GolinHarris team, it was an interesting experience to participate in this project, that brings us a step closer to outernet and the world where people are communicating easy, fast and efficient with the objects around them. Our specialists, and not only the digital ones, are expecting anxiously the stage where the objects will communicate between themselves. And we will be there to support the future launches
