Romanian neuromarketing company, chosen to participate to Neuro Against Smoking study

Synergon Consulting, the only neuromarketing company in Romania, was chosen to participate to the international research project “Neuro Against Smoking”, which aims to test the efficiency of warning messages and images used in present on the cigarettes packages.

The project running in Romania will be coordinated by Dragoș Cîrneci, psychologist and specialist in neuro-science, and will use 2 different neuromarketing instruments, with one of them –  ConsumerBrain Attitude Tester – being 100% Romanian and developed by a team of specialists from Synergon Consulting.

“Neuro Against Smoking” is the biggest global intercultural research project in neuromarketing field which is dedicated to health. The project was initiated by NMSBA together with the Polish NEUROHM.

The project will be finalized in the end of December this year and its results will be presented during the World Neuromarketing Forum in Barcelona, on March 25-27 2015, care a pus la dispoziţie metodologia şi design-ul studiului. Companii de cercetare şi universităţi din peste 30 de țări vor desfășura simultan activități de identificare a percepției tinerilor fumători în ceea ce privește mesajele de avertizare de pe pachetele de țigări și imaginile aferente, integrând metode de cercetare tradiţionale cu teste de măsurare a atitudinii impulsive, automate a consumatorilor. Proiectul va fi finalizat la 31 decembrie anul acesta, iar rezultatele vor fi prezentate în cadrul forumului mondial de neuromarketing de la Barcelona din 25-27 martie 2015.
