Initiative supports pro bono the international media fundraising campaign for Free the Children, as Romanian Initiative  obtained, with the help of its partners, media exposure for “We Day”, an action made internationally for  Free the Children.

This is the second pro bono fundraising campaign and the biggest charity campaign that Initiative makes internationally in over 70 countries.

The fundraising procedure is simple: for each “Like” on We Day Facebook page, the partners of Free the Children foundation donate $1, and the final amount will be invested in kids’ education.

The campaign started on December 26th and will end at the end of January. It is communicated on TV, print, radio, online and outdoor.

For the campaign, Initiative has, in Romania, the support of over 110 media partners that show their solidarity by offering pro bono media exposure worth over Euro 300,000.

The campaign was made by Sajo García Alcazar from Puerto Rico, part of Initiative netwoirk. The local version of the campaign was made, in Romania, with McCann Erickson’s help.
