The regional public relations network Chapter 4 – exclusive affiliate of Burson-Marsteller in CEE/SEE – opened a new office in Bucharest, the sixth the group has in CEE/SEE, following the ones in Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Macedonia.
The new agency was opened following a partnership between the Austrian agency and Felix Tataru (GMP Advertising Romania) and Ioana Manoiu (GMP PR).
Chapter 4 Romania will offer communications services to the group’s international and regional clients with a presence in Romania, as well as to develop a portfolio of local clients. The head of the new agency is Raluca Ene, PR specialist with over 8 years of professional experience.
In the last couple of years, Raluca Ene focused on strategic consultancy, corporate communication and employer branding, while working for large clients in industries such as IT&C, home&garden, retail and FMCG. Raluca is starting the office in Bucharest with a team of 3 specialists and a portfolio of clients which comprises HP (Enterprise Division), Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines.
