Medic One, Romanian agency specialized exclusively in health communication, will manage the communication campaign for the launch of a new Pfizer Consumer Healthcare product on the Romanian market, ThermaCare.

ThermaCare is a warm therapeutic bandage that helps efficiently ameliorating muscular and articular pains and comes in 2 versions that adjust perfectly the body shape.

ThermaCare is unique on Romanian market and has local action over the pain, with its effects lasting up to 8-12 hours. It doesn’t contain medicines and only actions with power of heat. ThermaCare’s launch will take place starting September and will focus, in the 1st year, on direct communication with the potential patient. This way, an important component of the campaign will take place in project’s partner pharmacies, where there will be organized shows to present product’s usage and where the representatives of ThermaCare will offer samples and useful advice.

The campaign will be completed with online communication, informative materials in pharmacies and will also include specialized communication, targeting health professionals.

We see more and more young people suffering from these affections: the prolonged time spent in the office, on the chair, in the car, sedentary, all those have as effect the apparition of muscular and articular pain. ThermaCare represents a real innovation, a modern remedy that is available now for everyone, that can address targets of different ages. ThermaCare’s launch in Romania was a challenge for our team, with its complexity, but we shaped our communication strategy taking in consideration the potential and product’s target on the Romanian market
